Category edit
I'm not sure how to categorize this. Technically, it is not an award of the BSA, but is an LDS award that is recognized by the BSA as part of the Religious emblems programs (Boy Scouts of America). - Duty to God does appear in the 1955 handbook: Handbook for Boys (5th, 8th print ed.), Boy Scouts of America, 1955, pp. 441–444
- Duty to God appears in the 1976 handbook: Scout Handbook (8th, 4th print ed.), Boy Scouts of America, 1976
- Duty to God does not appear in the 1980 handbook, On My Honor appears as the LDS award: The Official Boy Scout Handbook (9th, 3rd print ed.), Boy Scouts of America, 1980, p. 484, ISBN 0-8395-3227-X
So, somewhere between 1948 and 1955, Duty to God was added as the BSA recognized award. Somewhere between 1976 and 1980 it was replaced by On My Honor. ---— Gadget850 (Ed) talk 19:18, 14 November 2010 (UTC)
New Duty to God Program edit
This article is extremely dated, since a new program was announced in 2010, so, I'm working on a complete rewrite at my talk page: User:Thekmc/DutyToGod. Just thought I would let you guys know, and I would appreciate any help on it. Thanks!--Thekmc (Leave me a message) 19:29, 23 May 2012 (UTC)
