Pruning possible vandalism

I have heavily altered the following text in the article:

Probably the most popular cheese market, and Edam cheese certainly seems to be the most popular Dutch cheese available outside of mainland Europe. If you do not mind the fact that you will be in a town with a population which has only three surnames, and which is notorious for people operating outside of the tax system, then this is the place to be! The cheeses are still brought to the market by horse-drawn carriages and boat. The cheese market takes place in July and August on Wednesday mornings from 10:30 until 12:30. Best not to go with any close relations, you might end up marrying them, or worse still accidentally selling them on the black market in a seemingly friendly round of handjeklap!

No more spammy links

• Removed the Edam.com site since it actually serves to drive traffic to a store.
• Added government, trade-association, or cultural group citations to verify and support some of the claims in the text, for each cheese market. Except for Woerden, for which I couldn't yet find such. Help?

The cheese market in Woerden is very small scale, very quick event with cheese farmers turning up selling their wares from the back of their cars. It's all over in half an hour mostly, and local residents have next to no idea that it happens. Someone on the dutch version of this page was very angry because he couldn't find it, and nobody he asked in the town could tell him where it was!
