I removed the unsourced and incorrectly linked statement about the company being a Delaware LLC. Further, this press release is datelined "WILMINGTON, Del., and COPENHAGEN, Denmark, July 21, 2008". --Jtir (talk) 19:20, 12 September 2008 (UTC)

The location of its offices and the jurisdiction in which it has been legally formed are two separate things. I realise that personal knowledge is not a reliable source, but I know it is a Delaware LLC and I am trying to find a source supporting that statement. The press release is datelined as you describe because DuPont is incorporated in Delaware and Danisco in Denmark.  – ukexpat (talk) 21:50, 12 September 2008 (UTC)

I'm not sure how useful it is to know the registered agent, but here it is courtesy of the State of Delaware.[1] Since so many US companies are legally formed in DE, this doesn't seem very notable.[2] --Jtir (talk) 19:14, 13 September 2008 (UTC)

That could go into a {{Infobox Company}} template. The "Type" field seems to be intended for the kind of entity. Maybe the template needs to be extended with "place of incorporation/formation" and "registered agent" fields. --Jtir (talk) 18:39, 14 September 2008 (UTC)

The {{Infobox Company}} template is currently edit protected, so I believe the procedure is to request any changes on the template's talk page.
