On the question of whether this book is banned edit

I am not sure it is accurate to write, "The ban has been said to be lifted in 2011." I have not found a source that definitively states this. Neither of the two Guardian articles cited in this paragraph (footnotes 2 and 3) indicate that the ban was lifted, either allegedly or actually.
