Leetspeak edit
Just so you know,
If you attempt to read the lyrics in Leetspeak, you'll simulate reading it in its original form at 6 or so years old! Try it. See how hard it is? When you read a children's song in Leetspeak, you get a feel of how hard it was to read it in plain English back then. --Shultz 09:11, 30 December 2005 (UTC)
The song "Yialo, Yialo" is featured in a cafe scene in the Guns of Navarone. When I first saw the movie this was the first song I thought of. Worth mentioning the movie?150.203.110.103 (talk) 15:57, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
Fish and Dish edit
Why are the words fish and dish links in the Lyrics section? It seems like something that should be removed. Lothp (talk) 03:13, 29 August 2010 (UTC)

song is from England circa 1914-1918? edit
I'm just researching the song and curious if Raffi's assertion is enough to definitively pin down the origin and date of the song. Is there any other evidence?
