NYT article edit
I noticed the New York Times led off their article with a shot at ours. We can't have that! :-) Expanded a bit, with sources. I notice later this article used to be longer, and better written than I made it[1], but it was mostly a direct crib from Powell's[2] which we can't have that either. --GRuban (talk) 04:15, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
Erotic fiction? edit
Does he write erotic fiction? I just came across (not literally) a novel by a Don Winslow called Slave Girls of Rome. 86.144.25.251 (talk) 14:10, 4 June 2011 (UTC)
Other source material edit
In this article, the author opens up about how he works. Worth reading even if none of the details end up in the article. 75.36.176.4 (talk) 21:15, 29 June 2013 (UTC)
2016 book? edit
Is there a new book due shortly? In Germany, a book called 'Germany' is to be relased on March 1st, 2016, but I cannot find any mention of an original (English) version of this either on Don's website or on amazon.com. Any information someone? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.2.191.207 (talk) 13:02, 29 February 2016 (UTC)

controversies edit
i created a new section titled 'controversies' based on current events and with proper citation, it was undone by an unregistered editor whose explanation was that it was right wing propaganda. i resent that accusation. everything i wrote was true and verifiable. and i am far from right wing. even if i were, however, so what? is there anyone who can give me a good reason for not including a controversies sud section?
