The timing is wrong for Henry Disston; he died in 1878 and this house was built in 1881 (according to the Edwin Forrest Durang article) or 1882 (according to the cited Inquirer article about the theft of stained-glass windows) or 1881-1882 (according to the Historic American Buildings Survey page at the Library of Congress).
