Capitalisation? edit
The original article title looked a bit odd with capital for "Affaires" but no other (D..r..A..c..), so I checked the web link given. Aaaargh!
- http://www.culture.gouv.fr/culture/regions/index.html uses only lower case throughout (including the initial "d").
- http://www.alsace.culture.gouv.fr/, the first link from the above, includes both "D..R..A..c.." and "D..r..A..C" on the same page
- http://www.auvergne.culture.gouv.fr/ includes D..R..A..C..
- http://www.bourgogne.culture.gouv.fr/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=46&Itemid=53 includes " La direction régionale des affaires culturelles (DRAC) est un service ...", ie D..r..a..c..
We obviously need redirects from all versions, to help searchers and prevent the page being reinvented by someone who doesn't find the original. But I'm not at all sure which version should be used for the article itself!
