Gun control

gun control it states "she supports the second amendment" when it needs to read "she claims to support the second amendment." By any objective standard she does NOT support the Second Amendment. If I were a congressman and I claimed to support civil rights, but then I introduced bills allowing torture and indefinite detention, any objective person would conclude I did not actually support civil rights but merely claimed to support them. She has a 0% ranking from the two largest pro-2nd Amendment groups in the USA and she has a record of introducing bills to ban millions of firearms. By no objective standard does she support the second amendment. The section on her and gun control is best written "she claims to support" and leaving it up to the reader to decide if her claims are valid. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.140.85.63 (talk) 06:25, 6 January 2013 (UTC)

This page is being white washed continuously to remove any reference to her 2013 statements in regards to firearm magazines. Not acceptable. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Whubbard (talkcontribs) 22:48, 1 April 2017 (UTC)

Non-neutral language

Edited unsupported and clearly non-neutral statement "Although not knowing how magazines work" as well as "DeGette believes". The use of this language was designed to impart an anti-gun bias to the reader. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jgroub (talkcontribs) 15:29, 9 September 2016 (UTC)
