• Oppose Even if no ambiguous page exists, is the name unadorned the common name in English for these rivers? It doesn't matter if nothing else is at the base title if "XYZ River" is still the best title. Maybe best for a full RM? Snowfire (talk) 01:09, 5 March 2020 (UTC)

Also qualifies as per WP:CONSISTENT, with other rivers that have "river" dropped in their titles i.e. Ramganga, Yamuna, Sarayu, Nandakini, Ganges etc. — Hemant Dabral^Talk 09:19, 5 March 2020 (UTC)
