Vegas game edit

Should we change the article for the Destroy All Humans Vegas game. It already came out. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.212.130.128 (talk) 01:04, 8 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, I would, but I have yet to get it63.166.254.137 (talk) 19:06, 12 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

The other important characters edit

I suggest all the characters that were important to the DAH! series should added on this page, like Silhouette, Armquist, Huffman, Natalya, Ponsonby, Arkvoodle, Milenkov, the Blisk, and Kluckin'. --Naruto134 00:00, 30 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

I couldn't agree more. We at Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Destroy All Humans! were thinking of making a List of Destroy All Humans! Characters article, that way we could move all that Crypto information from the DAH! article onto that article, and create more room on the other articles without making them too bulky. --SWJS: The All Knowing Destroy All Humans! Well I made List of Destroy All Humans! characters article before but got deleted. --Naruto134 00:00, 1 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
We can make it again, and this time we can protect it under construction by the Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Destroy All Humans!. I'm sure if it was written well and had enough information, we could turn it into a high class article. --SWJS: The All Knowing Destroy All Humans! Nerd(Cortex Scan) 01:03, 2 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Furon Weapons and Abilities edit

Does anybody besides me think we should make a furon weapons and abilities page, or add the info to this page? I haven't been able to play all the games and have been trying to find out about all the weapons and abilities... but not all of them are listed in the pages. Leosj (talk) 21:26, 14 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

They can't be added. See WP:GAMECRUFT#Inaproppriate content #6 --SWJS: The All Knowing Destroy All Humans! Nerd(Cortex Scan) 17:45, 15 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

References edit

We need to add references to the article, and edit it a little to increase quality. --SWJS: The All Knowing Destroy All Humans! Nerd(Cortex Scan) 01:26, 14 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

There's no point in comparing number of levels per game edit

"The first Destroy All Humans! is the only game in the series to have more than five locations, while Big Willy Unleashed is the only game in the series to have less than five." There are 4 games, so this sentence basically says that half the games are of different lengths. This sentence is useless, I'm going to delete it. Ruijoel (talk) 14:31, 5 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

– Series has more than 3 video game articles now per WP:NCVG, set this page to be the primary article. Neverrainy (talk) 23:45, 12 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

This is a contested technical request (permalink). EdJohnston (talk) 05:37, 13 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
Needs discussion Probably needs some discussion. WP:NCVG indicates at least three video games (which it has) and an unrelated video game or media item. This doesn't seem to fall under that. -- Dane talk 00:21, 13 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
  • See discussiion in Talk:Destroy All Humans!#Requested move 13 January_2017. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 09:56, 13 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
  • Oppose. This move request actually fails WP:NCVG, specifically where the text appears in bold italics in the following quote from WP:NCVG:

"...If a video game series has a naming conflict solely with the first game in the series (e.g., Final Fantasy), the series page should reside at the primary name if the series possesses a minimum of 3 video game articles as well as at least one other unrelated video game or related media item. Otherwise, the first game in the series should occupy the primary name, and the series article should be disambiguated with "... (series)"."

Apparently, there is no "unrelated video game" or "related media item" with an article that has a strong relation to this series. Steel1943 (talk) 03:07, 16 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
  • Support. That "one other unrelated video game or related media item" condition of WP:NCVG makes no sense and conflicts with the general consensus behind WP:BROADCONCEPT and WP:CONCEPTDAB. Beneficial moves shouldn't be held up on technicalities.--Cúchullain t/c 18:00, 17 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
  • Support but I almost also relisted. I can't see what WP:NCVG is getting at here, it at least needs rephrasing to clarify. With now five articles on the topic (four on games and one on the overall series) this move is clearly in the interest of readers. Andrewa (talk) 15:15, 20 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
