As members of the club during the 1970s & 80s, my wife and I found it well worth the cost and effort to drive to the POC terminal at Denver Stapleton Airport from Omaha, to board club aircraft for wonderfully-priced complete vacations at deluxe resorts. Complete with volunteer, professional cabin crews, door-to-door baggage handling and in-club return Customs processing, the entire experience was fun. As POC terminated operations shortly before Stapleton Airport closed, we were told that the costs were untennable to re-engine its aircraft and create a new club facility at the new Denver International Airport.
