The following incorrect statement is quoted from the article on Conflict Prevention:

“The Dell Theory stipulates: No two countries that are both part of a major global supply chain, like Dell’s, will never fight a war against each other as long as they are both part of the same global supply chain.” – The World is Flat (ISBN 1593976682), Thomas L. Friedman, pg 421

The statement is incorrect because the words "no" and "never" are two negatives which, when combined, form a positive.

Here are two suggested statements, either of which (I assume) conveys Mr. Friedman's original intent:
