- I see that you added "usually" under the rhyme scheme; is that something you know that I don't?:) From what I understood from about 10 minutes of research, the form is very strict in its presentation. Saintsbury made it seem as though the poems were always ABAB and were , for lack of a better word, required to have a period at the end of each quatrain. Mrathel (talk) 17:46, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
Having come to grips with a better definition of the term, i have expanded the page to include other styles that meet the definition. I am going to continue to add others as well. Mrathel (talk)
