I've just spend an hour or two rewriting this totally - it seemed stuck in 2007 or something and didn't seem to have had any text added since about 2009. It's not perfect by any means - and there are almost certainly 3.72 typos - but at least it provides a summary of Maddy's career. I've ignored the ICL totally as I know nothing about it and I'm sure that there are plenty of sources with plenty of detail that can be used to add to this, so fill your boots if you have the time or sources.
