Use of logo edit

We need to be careful using the logo. While such a use potentially would fall under fair-use, at the same time the image file being used on Wikimedia Commons appears to be in violation of copyright (per Commons policy). While it is certainly possible, the upload history of the editor does not suggest that (a) he or she is directly connected to Six Flags, Inc., or (b) if they are so connected, he or she has the authority to release the image as indicated on its license page. This ride shares a name with a number of Skycoaster attractions that are located at other Six Flags parks. Can we add a "not to be confused with..." disclaimer?
