Where's the source for DDR A3's "upgrade release" in both Canada and the United States?

Recent edits made on July 18th have noted that the white cabinets for Dance Dance Revolution will receive the DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION A3 update in late Summer 2022 for both Canada and the United States, but as far as I'm aware, there is no evidence corroborating this. Something like this would have been picked up within local rhythm game communities and shared online. Late Summer 2022 has been treated as a assumption based on how long it took for updates in the past to reach these regions, but as of June 2022, no official word or even rumors have gone around about Konami sending out update kits to these regions.
