Factual accuracy of cited sources

I've found several sources that provide invalid facts for this and other iPhone jailbreak related articles. But since independent research isn't allowed I can't change it and am unable to find a reputable source since most blogs spew invalid information. APTicket has been there since iOS 4, iOS 5 added ApNonce [sic]. Austen Frazier (talk) 18:28, 17 February 2012 (UTC)

Hmm, that particular mistake would be my fault, since I put those APTicket sentences into the article. Redmond Pie cites the Dev Team saying "Starting with the iOS5 beta, the role of the 'APTicket' is changing," so I think I can use that as evidence to clarify the explanation in the article. Let us know if you find other inaccuracies in the article — there's probably some way to fix them within Wikipedia guidelines. Dreamyshade (talk) 19:39, 17 February 2012 (UTC)
http://thefirmwareumbrella.blogspot.com/search?updated-max=2011-12-16T14:35:00-05:00&max-results=1 states that APTicket has always been there, ApNonce was added. We can use it in the future if someone challenges the factual accuracy of it. Austen Frazier (talk) 22:58, 19 February 2012 (UTC)
