Hey @XP6287: Just following up on what I said elsewhere about WP:SYNTH and the Conflicts section. The addition you made features reliably-sourced material that identifies capital punishment as against Catholic teaching and additional sourcing that notes Cuba continues to exercise the death penalty as a legal punishment. In this case, you would need a source that identifies the disagreement between the Holy See and Cuba as a point of tension. The nearest I can find is this CNN article that briefly mentions Cuba as part of a list of states that still allow the death penalty. While this would be sufficient for an article like Catholic Church and capital punishment that deals with the teaching, this article deals with diplomatic relations. I'll give you a little bit to find sourcing on how the Holy See (rather than Cuban bishops or Catholic anti-death penalty groups) has engaged with Cuba on this issue, but otherwise it shouldn't be in this article.
As a side note: "Conflicts" in international relation pages like this can often refer to open warfare. While I'm sure the average reader could figure it out, we might be better off with a section entitled "Disputes" for material like this. Your other additions here are great and are very helpful.
