Genre edit
I don't think Crystal Castles was "retro" at the time of its release in 1983, was it? sneakums 10:34, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
- The "retro" genre shouldn't even be used since there's no such thing. Pac-man is an action game, The Hobbit is a text-adventure, Zaxxon is a shooter. --Zagrebo 11:19, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
Further to this I've removed it and replaced it with "action" (which is itself a bit vague, if anyone can be more specific please do). The link didn't even work properly any more since someone had (rightly) removed the "retro" genre from the list of video game types. --Zagrebo 11:22, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
By the same logic as the genre of Crystal Castles is "retro", then the genre of Crysis also is, because at least by 2033, if not even earlier, people will reminisce it with the same quaint fuzzy feeling as they do about Crystal Castles today. JIP | Talk 17:29, 7 November 2009 (UTC)

- Each image serves a purpose here, though - there is only one image per port (all of which are separate works). In any case, a main image for the arcade version, which this article is primarily about, would probably be more important than the others anyway. - superβεεcat 21:13, 30 June 2010 (UTC)

- Wikipedia:Non-free content. The exceptions for galleries including non-free images are very rare, and in practice this has never been one of them. - I've uploaded an arcade screenshot. My understanding is that the previous screenshots were removed because they were in a gallery, showed different ports of the game, and were unnecessary to illustrate the article. The image I uploaded is a single screenshot of the original arcade version of the game. Please let me know if I've misunderstood anything! ✰oaoɪɪ/talk 03:03, 2 July 2010 (UTC)
