- A couple of the West Ham refs appear to have expired, refs 4 and 12 for example, can we recover these?

No major problems visible, article was nominated to GA status in the past 7 days, the hook is interesting and supported by the citation. Image looks good. Only question is should it be "association football" in the hook to distinguish it from Gaelic or American football for the international readers? Aside from that looks ready to go for me.
