Off-topic section - Potential economic effects edit

In its current form, this section sounds like a theoretical abstract discussion of the economic ramifications of corruption in general rather than an overview of their occurrence in Turkey. The only concrete statement I was able to find was In Turkey, 79.6 percent of health-care costs are covered by the Social Security Institution (Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu)., which still lacked the appropriate explanation of how this percent of coverage relates to corruption.
