Spam link edit
I removed the link to mycorporation.intuit.com, which has no free information as far as I can see and is in fact a vendor of services related to the topic. If this site was always like this it was a blatant sales pitch, but I'll give the benefit of the doubt and assume that the free stuff has been removed. - I subsequently found free documents on their site, at http://www.mycorporation.com/corporation-llc-documents/corporate-resolutions.jsp?view=samples; however there don't seem to be any links to these via the site's normal navigation. On the presumption that the documents might completely disappear, I have not restored the precise link to the article.Spinality (talk) 23:57, 5 December 2009 (UTC)
