This article reads like it has come straight from the club management and contains alot of POV - In particular in places reads like a fan site needs work Reedgunner 11:56, 29 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

I think the Cornish Pirates (low-importance) needs to be moved up the importance scale of WikiProject:Cornwall or Saltash United F.C. (mid-importance) needs to be moved down. One is in the second tier at national level whilst the other is at level ten! I would have thought the Pirates should be mid with their increased exposure on Sky TV
Truro City F. C. has not been assessed for Cornwall, (low-importance? at the moment) - am I allowed to do it? Jowaninpensans (talk) 12:05, 10 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Penzance rfc badge.png edit

Image:Penzance rfc badge.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. I saw that this rugby team article was added to WP:PIRACY. Is this article appropriate for the Piracy project? I'll have to compare the Pittsburgh Pirates and Tampa Bay Buccaneers articles. --A More Perfect Onion (talk) 15:51, 16 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

I feel the Cornish Pirates page needs restructuring to merit its position as Cornwall’s top sports club in terms of league position and support. It seems to have developed piecemeal.
