This unelected candidate for political office fails notability, both as per WP:GNG and as per WP:POLITICIAN. Moreover, the Assembly of French Citizens Abroad is nowhere near having the powers of "a national, state or provincial legislature". --Azurfrog (talk) 19:42, 8 May 2012 (UTC)
