How is this an advertisement? I dont work for the company and simply explains a technique used in my industry. Their are plenty of books on the subject and list various companies. Not in my opinion. Buzzwords? Not really. The article has a lot of industry jargon. It is succinct due to that fact. Were it to be made more approachable to the layperson, the article would be considerably longer. 03:21, 8 April 2007 74.135.217.160
