Hello fellow Wikipedians,

This is my first time contributing to a Wikipedia article, so please verify my modifications/additions and let me know if I did something wrong.

I updated the link of the first two notes (citations/references).

I changed the verb tense in "By 2008, millions of documents are available through CAIRS" to "By 2008, millions of documents had been made available through CAIRS".

I paraphrased a sentence, changing it from "Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper explained this decision as a result of CAIRS being "deemed expensive, [and] deemed to slow down the access to information" to "The database was shut down due to high maintenance costs and its inefficiency, as stated by the Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper"

I added the following content: "A reproduction of CAIRS was developed and made publicly available by Alasdair Roberts." "Roberts acquired digital "monthly reports" from the Treasury Board of the "requests" made through the CAIRS." "In July of 2004, the reports were scanned and subsequently sent to Roberts in PDF format." "The reports were unusable due to the lack of capacity to search the document, therefore rendering Roberts' database ineffective."

Citation for all four sentences: Francoli, P. (2004, August 9). Professor’s database put on ice by TB decision: Development is being mourned by researchers and journalists. The Hill Times. Retrieved from https://www.hilltimes.com

Finally, I added citation (https://justice.gc.ca/eng/rp-pr/csj-sjc/atip-aiprp/atia-lai/p6.html) to following pre-existing sentence: "The Coordination of Access to Information Requests System, also known as CAIRS, was a database of freedom of information requests made to the federal government of Canada under the Access to Information Act."
