Inclusion of two repealed Statutes in the current Constitution of Quebecedit

The list of statutes which make up the current Constitution of Quebec have all been cited to the text by Jacques-Yvan Morin and José Woehrling, but two recent additions do not have any such citation. The recent additions of the Constitutional Act 1791 (repealed in 1841) and the Union Act of 1840 (repealed in 1867) are not supported by citations to Morin and Woehrling, nor to any other secondary source. I've added a "citation needed" tag for both of them. In my opinion, citation to a secondary source is necessary to support the proposition that these two repealed statutes are part of the Constitution of Quebec today. These two Acts were certainly part of the constitutional history of Quebec, but the statement that they are part of the Constitution today, in spite of their repeals, needs a secondary source in support.
