Constantin Film sues private users edit

How about mentioning that "Constantin Film" is one of the few German production companies that sues users of file sharing programs. Currently they sue thousands of users in Germany for downloading the movie "Der Baader Meinhof Komplex" (http://www.faz.net/s/RubE2C6E0BCC2F04DD787CDC274993E94C1/Doc~E9BE8121BB61246F2B64C34F9EBD32193~ATpl~Ecommon~Scontent.html). They claim about 1000,- per download (around 450,- in compensation and around 500,- in expenses for the lawyer). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.183.145.144 (talk) 18:17, 5 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Advertising edit

Article reads more like advertising. The changes of Constantin Film had to be revised. --Maintrance (talk) 07:58, 27 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

Millions of viewers? edit

How do you even calculate the total number of viewers of a film? It's been suggested this page has been turned into advertising by Constantin itself, but those data should be challenged and removed even before the advertising aspect comes into question, since they're not only unsubstantiated, but pretty much impossible to substantiate. Shouldn't this be Neue Constantin Film? edit

Shouldn't this article be titled Neue Constantin Film? It mentions nothing of the postwar founding of Constantin and it's films of the 50s and 60s.(Foofbun (talk) 07:23, 7 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

"Constantin Film" it's actually perfect. If you read the article, you'll see it's only "Neue Constantin Film" till 1999, then "Constantin Film AG". They simply call themselves "Constantin Film". Both being used - with and without AG - is just fine. --2A02:810C:C5C0:289C:7C24:78D1:7804:31EA (talk) 19:21, 21 January 2018 (UTC)Reply
Nah if this is direct successor to the earlier company then I see no need to split the article. Spec
