Article misnamed? edit

Although the Conasauga Shale is the basis of a potentially extensive natural gas play, there appears to be no natural gas field known as the "Conasauga shale gas field," or anything like that name. Instead, the State of Alabama recognizes existing Conasauga producers as being in the "Big Canoe Creek field."[1] I suggest that we rename the article simply Conasauga Shale, similar to other shale gas host formations Barnett Shale, Haynesville Shale, and Marcellus Shale. No one objected so I renamed the article "Conasauga shale". Plazak (talk) 15:09, 19 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
