Les Evans, former ETPS pilot and Concorde captain, claims that 5% of Concorde's lift at cruise was generated by shock impingement on the underside of the wings, and it was designed that way, not a providential accident. That's compression lift isn't it? Can anyone find another source for this? Can I cite a public lecture?

The first sentence is a doozy. The subject is compression lift, the verb is refers, and the object has 18 words to describe it. Wow. 64.9.239.131 (talk) 18:56, 6 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
