Sound file edit

Can anyone add a sound file of "Tainted Obligation" to the article? From the 1:14 mark to 1:44 would be perfect. Moisejp 12:06, 7 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

  • Actually, I guess since the song is 3:06 long the audio sample is only allowed to be 10% of that, or 18 seconds long. Moisejp 02:06, 24 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
  • Okay, I figured out how to add it myself. Moisejp 11:38, 29 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Radio free eur.jpg edit

Image:Radio free eur.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

  • Okay, I removed the image, and as well as Matthew Sweet's Inside album cover image. I see on the list of Fair Use requirements album/single covers can only be used for the work described in the article. Moisejp 11:40, 17 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Checking against GA criteria edit

GA review (see here for what the criteria are, and here for what they are not)
  1. It is reasonably well written.
a (prose):   b (MoS for lead, layout, word choice, fiction, and lists):
Prose is fine, complies sufficiently with MoS
  2. It is factually accurate and verifiable.
a (references):   b (citations to reliable sources):   c (OR):
References appear OK, I could only check the three on-line sources but all support the cited statements. Assume good faith for the rest. No evidence of OR.
  3. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects):   b (focused):
    Sufficient coverage.
  4. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
    Fair representation without bias:
    NPOV
  5. It is stable.
    No edit wars, etc.:
    stable
  6. It is illustrated by images, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free images have fair use rationales):   b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
Two images used with suitable captions and licenses. The music sample is less than 10% and thus meets the criteria for media files.
  7. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:
All good to go, happy to list. Congratulations! Jezhotwells (talk) 04:42, 4 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
