Aung Than and Than Tun, same person? edit

Aung Than is mentioned in several wiki articles as the older brother of Aung San and leader of the NUF. Than Tun was Aung San's brother in law and leader of some Communist faction. Are they the same guy? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.35.254.154 (talk) 20:00, 28 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Splitting proposal edit

I propose that the sections about the CPB's armed wings, especially the 2021 People's Liberation Army, be combined into its own article called People's Liberation Army (Myanmar) As it stands, the main article does not touch much upon the PLA's activities in 2023 and 2024 (along with before).[1] [2] [3] Battlesnake1 (talk) 17:51, 4 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

@Battlesnake1: You don't need to make a split proposal because there's nothing to split. This article mentions the PLA in passing so there's nothing significant to separate. Just make the article at the redirect. Yue🌙 17:57, 4 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
