FYI... I started this article and live here. Its not as bad as this article seems to make it. In fact, much of the area is experiencing a building boom as developers are coming back into the city. Themadatter, thanks for putting this page together. I'm new to Wikipedia edits so I'm writing discussion rather than just changing everything. I think you've confused the site of Belem Prison (Cárcel de Belem or Prisión de Belén). The school that replaced it was Centro Escolar Revolución, which faces the intersection of Arcos de Belén and Balderas. Also, the school name you list should be Instituto María Isabel Donde. Strangely the address I get for that school is a bit further south than your photos, but maybe I'm getting the offices. Roket (talk) 16:26, 28 August 2010 (UTC)
