I have mentioned that Clofazimine is used in combination with rifampicin and dapsone as part of MDT for leprosy, as it is never used as monotherapy.--WHO Leprosy 15:46, 24 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Stereochemistry edit

The structure image shows the imine with a specific stereochemistry, but I think it should be drawn undefined. Neither the FDA label[1] nor the INN[2][3] give any stereochemistry for the name 'clofazimine'.

Chemically, it looks like it will be quite a labile imine, so the isomers probably interconvert with the equilibrium towards the structure currently shown (away from the steric bulk of the chlorophenylamino group) TheMikrobe (talk) 12:18, 26 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
