CPP does not generate electricity it only distributes electricity.

"this article could stand some details, how much electricity does CPP provide and what is it source?"

The article states other electric providers...there is only one other First Energy.

CPP operates a secondary grid outside of the PUCO regulations that grid added its own utility poles and sub stations it expanded without any regulation. What is the saving to the consumer?

CPP is not regulated if green energy legislation passes it does not have to comply.

Is CPP just another way to divert federal funds for energy assistance for poor household?

If claims are made for pricing then values should be provided, CPP I reality is very controversial, in the industry, it methods of engineering are very questionable and unregulated.
