I have removed "A key rule for clearness committees is that committee members are forbidden to speak to the focus person in any way except to ask honest, open questions. No advice should be given nor amateur psychoanalysis." This is a paraphrase of the source cited, which is a particular set of guidelines for clearness committees. While it's certainly a possible way of conducting a clearness process, it's not universal and depending on the community, individuals, and facilitators involved a meeting may include restating the focus person's answers or other participants stating their insights, as well as prayer and/or silent meditation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 100.14.205.100 (talk) 23:03, 16 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
