This page is out of date. I believe they renamed themselves "First Apartments", although it's really hard to find references to this with google, though it was mentioned in the SF Appeal (http://sfappeal.com/news/2009/10/citiapartments-is-now-first-apartments.php). In any case, the URL linked in the sidebar doesn't exist anymore, and I still haven't managed to find their new website. That is correct Kevin, though the Lembi's real estate empire has operated under numerous names for some time. While they have discarded "Citi-Apartments" they continue to create new names and divisions, perhaps to distance themselves from their reputation and numerous law suits. I don't have time to source at the moment, but I know they have recently operated as Skyline Realty, First Apts, Urban Pioneer, FEL Enterprises etc. The company is still operating and very much alive in San Francisco. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.14.88.106 (talk) 00:26, 27 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
