Last Paragraph Gets Preachy edit

The last paragraph, in its plea for conservation, steps far over the line from encyclopedic to opinion. The opinions expressed are not outrageous or offensive, but are opinions nonetheless. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Chrishibbard7 (talkcontribs) 18:55, 8 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

I agree, so I just deleted the last paragraph. I think it would be good to add a section about their conservation status and why they are important in the ecosystem or whatnot, but I don't have enough info to do it myself. --TheAlphaWolf (talk) 17:33, 9 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Is calling the color of the caterpillar a 'fetching turquoise' an opinion? LOL Even if it is, please leave it. bpage (talk) 23:37, 16 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Speculation edit

I deleted the comments about Bt, DDT, etc as reasons for decline was unsourced and completely speculative. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.178.49.17 (talk) 05:57, 6 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
