Talk:Cissé Mariam Kaïdama Sidibé

naming convention edit

In an article in Malijet, 7 avril, 2011, last sentence (my translation): "She uses the name of her husband, Cissé, before [in front of] her given names and birth [maiden] name." Article usage seems to consistently give her name as Cissé Mariam Kaidama Sidibé the first time she is named, and then refer to her throughout the rest of the text as Mariam Kaidama Sidibé. That is what is done in the French-language Wikipedia article about her. This does not agree with the usage in this article, "Sidibé Cissé."

This article in the Global Herald (April 4, 2011) seems aberrant, referring to her as Cissé Mariam Sidibe Kaidama, Prime Minister Kaidama, Miss Kaidama.MLTiede (talk) 19:17, 25 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
