Not just Ulster edit

I'm reverting the recent update regarding the Ulster counties. While this is now the case with the event, for much of its history the rally was a 'real' circuit, starting and finishing in the North and spending most of the weekend in the Killarney area. Unfortunately, our article doesn't really reflect the rally's full history yet. jxm (talk) 14:53, 7 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
