Equivalence to Philosopher's Stone edit
The Philosopher's Stone is capable of turning base metals into gold, and is possibly an elixir of life. This is not at all the equivalent of a "wish fulfilling jewel". Moreover the Western alchemists applied a form of science to their attempts to create the Philosopher's Stone. The Cinatamani was just found.
