The Wiki should perhaps be changed to molecular combing, with chromosome combing described as the original development of the technique, as molecular combing is now used for more than chromosomes: [1] radcen (talk) 21:21, 14 May 2014 (UTC)radcen

How do we study DNA replication timing and origin location on chromosomes removed from cells and splayed out in non-physiological arrangements?
