Fair use rationale for Image:ChooChooSoul.jpg

Image:ChooChooSoul.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Grammar criticism

I've marked the "grammar" section as original research. While it may be true that Choo Choo Soul perpetuates poor grammar, the assertion really should be backed by a citation. Zaxus 18:07, 15 July 2007 (UTC)

This POV claim has been removed three times today:

The Interstitials are enjoyed by parents and children alike. The one downside to these lively interstitials (and music tracks) voiced by parents, is that at least in one case (the short titled, "Let's Dance"), Choo Choo Soul is indirectly promoting poor grammar. The lyrics in this short are, "Everybody's got they own style ..." instead of the proper, "Everybody has their own style ..." (See CD insert for lyrics) Disney representatives had no comment on whether the erroneous grammar would be corrected for re-issuing.

Unless this criticism can be attributed to a credible source, it does not belong in the article. See WP:NPOV for guidance on making articles conform to a neutral point of view. And who contacted Disney for comment? No one named Jeremy Bigi has ever been Goings' partner on Choo Choo Soul

In May 2017, an editor from IP 98.176.90.227 changed the name of Goings' partner on Choo Choo Soul to Jeremy Bigi from the correct name of Constatine "DC" Abramson. This is possible vandalism and I changed it back. Goings' partner and the show's co-star, the "train conductor", has always been Abramson, from the show's inception and he still is today. This can be confirmed on the current 2017 Choo Choo Soul Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/choochoosoul/ ) and in numerous articles from reliable sources, i.e 2009 Celebrity Parents magazine (http://www.celebrityparentsmag.com/celebrity-interview-choo-choo-souls-constantine-dc-abramson/ ), 2013 Media Mikes (http://mediamikes.com/2013/02/disney-juniors-genevieve-goings-talks-about-choo-choo-soul-and-new-cd-disney-favorites/ ) and 2014 The Oklahoman newspaper (http://newsok.com/article/5341276) Slinkybinky (talk)
