Soda carbonate edit
This is almost certainly a bad translation, and definitely is linked to an irrelevant article. The few recipes I could find in English did not include any kind of carbonate, leading me to think this may not be a mandatory ingredient. Could someone with better Arabic skills perhaps do a little legwork and find out what's meant? (For example, if it is a carbonate, it's most likely something like sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) or calcium carbonate (firming agent).) -- tooki (talk) 03:23, 19 June 2019 (UTC)
I provided new information about other versions of the Hummus Salad and its ingredients. In addition, I expanded about the relation of this salad and vegans + its benefits

Correct name edit
In Arabic, hummus means chick peas. In English, however, it invariably means hummus bi tahini, the dish of mashed chick peas with other ingredients. So I question whether in English there is a dish called "hummus salad" as opposed to "chick pea salad". And sure enough, the phrase "hummus salad" is rare. --Macrakis (talk) 22:39, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
