Should this article exist as it currently stands? It seems as if much of the conversation around this potential serial killer is mostly noise. Given that 25 of the murders were committed by 13 men, it seems more likely that there is no Chicago Strangler and instead this is simply a reminder of how disposable our society views sex workers and low-income women of color. Redefining this page (or folding it into a general page on crime in Chicago) to focus on violence against women is much more accurate than keeping this page as is.
