Chelsea's "marriage" to Calvin

Given the resurrection/return of Adam, Chelsea's marriage to Calvin is legally invalid. Soaps tend to ignore this kind of fact — however, given Adam's return, her relationship (a.k.a. marriage) is invalid, as Adam is legally alive. Plus, including year(s) is purely fan-driven as their "wedding date" was never revealed. livelikemusic talk! 01:39, 7 July 2019 (UTC)

That's just not true! Anyone who looks it up can and will see that... once one spouse is declared dead... the other is free and clear! Chelsea's marriage to Calvin is 100% legal because, at the time she married him... Adam was dead! Legally dead. He had been declared dead! Wouldn't the marriage be classified as invalid and placed under spouse but with the word "invalid" or "void" next to it? This is the first time that I have seen "civil partner" used in the context of a marriage being invalidated after somebody returns from the dead. @Livelikemusic:Arjoccolenty (talk) 14:21, 8 July 2019 (UTC)
