Issues

I added a link to []Mahratta War]] and discovered that there were three such wars. Which one for Bagot? Also "?? Ravenshaw" is a puzzle, perhaps best omitted? --DThomsen8 (talk) 12:11, 3 October 2012 (UTC)

Are we sure Bagot was in the 87th Regiment of Foot? The were than one 87th Regiment of Foot also. This source and the source at the bottom of the 87th (Royal Irish Fusiliers) Regiment of Foot article do not mention a Mahratta War (the first). In fact, only the 78th (Highlanders) Regiment of Foot article mentions a Mahratta War, as does above linked source for 78th Highlanders (the second?). LittleWink (talk) 18:12, 3 October 2012 (UTC)

From the dates, refs must refer to Third Anglo-Maratha War, and have qualified Ravenshaw. Doug butler (talk) 23:09, 4 October 2012 (UTC)
