Is it productive for a 16-year Wikipedia veteran contributor to leave a snide edit summary, complete with ad hominem- "Redlinks might be deeply embarrassing (to inexperienced editors?), but they encourage article creation" - and remove the internal links to the most closely-related relevant articles in hope that, at some point, someone will create the article pertaining to the specific variety in question? One wonders. As it stands, a reader of the article cannot click straight through to the most closely-related relevant article, which seems counterintuitive navigationally, but hey ho. Surely it would make sense to link to such more specific articles upon their creation? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.109.193.143 (talk) 01:39, 1 January 2023 (UTC)Reply
