Just made an edit to the Project Chapleau information in the main article - the service end of the project concluded in 2007, although I'm still in the process of determining what if any research is still being conducted under the "Project Chapleau" name. Any local Chapleau residents or members of the original Project team available for comment? Highway Timeline

There's a contradiction I can't resole (thru ignorance) in the new addition to the article. It says that Hwy 129 was constructed in 1948 during the Great Depression -- but the Depression was in the 1930s, not the 1940s. Bellagio99 (talk) 16:05, 13 April 2011 (UTC)

Robert Fife is Notable (CTV Ottawa bureau chief and frequently online) and IS from Chapleau according to his Wikipedia article. So I've reverted the deletion. Bellagio99 (talk) 23:55, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
